With the Knight of candles in reversed, the urge to go towards something is extremely strong. In this case, the cravings may be more unhealthy towards your mental well being. Pay attention to those guilty pleasures and ask yourself if you may be doing them out of relaxation or anxious attachment seeking a dopamine response.
The gorgeous Sun in the city where I am is inviting difficult attachments to an uplifting day. Many are seeking or even already going through a drastic change. The anxiety of seeking happiness is depressing your energy. You could be beating yourself up over not being at the level you desire, with the empress in reverse, and Spirit is asking you to bring a gentle smile to yourself as you would to a neighbor.
There is so much action and anticipation. Unfortunately, waiting for the happy feelings will just make your difficult emotions worse. Instead, allow the attention to return to your body instead of outside validation. Allow yourself to be nurtured by nature and yourself without using escapism as a form to “relax”.
